Welcome to Gifted Hands Health & Wellness. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or buying a package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services Overview
Gifted Hands Health & Wellness provides wellness services including, but not limited to:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Post-surgical lymphatic support

Body Contouring treatments
-
Wellness consultations
-
Peptide therapy support programs
All services are provided within the professional scope of practice of the provider.
2. Medical & Educational Disclaimer
All information provided on this website, during consultations, via email, text, or in person is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider.
Clients are encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness or peptide program.
Gifted Hands Health & Wellness does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
3. Prescribing & Medical Oversight
Gifted Hands Health & Wellness does not independently prescribe medications or peptide therapies.
All peptide protocols are prescribed and overseen by licensed medical providers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Participation in peptide therapy is subject to medical evaluation, approval, and eligibility as determined by the prescribing provider.
Gifted Hands Health & Wellness provides supportive wellness services, education, and non-prescriptive guidance within legal scope.
4. Scope of Practice
ChiChi, RN, MSN, CLT-ALM provides services within her professional scope of nursing practice and certified lymphatic therapy training.
Any prescription decisions, dosage determinations, medical clearances, or treatment approvals are made solely by the licensed prescribing provider.
5. No Guarantees & Individual Results
Results from peptide therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, body contouring, or any wellness program vary from person to person.
No guarantees are made regarding specific results, including but not limited to:

Weight loss
-
Body fat reduction
-
Energy improvements
-
Sleep improvements
-
Aesthetic outcomes
-
Detoxification results
Outcomes depend on individual physiology, compliance, lifestyle factors, and medical history.
6. FDA & Compounded Therapy Disclosure
Some peptide therapies may be compounded medications and are not individually FDA-approved for specific uses.
No claims are made that peptide therapy cures, treats, or prevents any disease.
All medical determinations are made by licensed prescribing providers.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
All packages and services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of wellness services and customized peptide protocols:

Payments are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
However:

Purchased packages may be used for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Package balances may be transferred to another individual.
-
Package balances may be applied toward other services or products offered by Gifted Hands Health & Wellness.
Unused services after one (1) year will expire.
8. Peptide Program Policies
Peptide program pricing varies based on peptide selection, dosage, and medical provider protocol.
Clients understand that:

Approval for peptide therapy is not guaranteed.

Medical providers may adjust or deny protocols based on clinical judgment.

Continued participation may require follow-up evaluations.
Failure to comply with medical guidance may result in program discontinuation without refund.
9. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or re-scheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
10. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that participation in wellness services, peptide therapy, lymphatic therapy, and body contouring treatments is voluntary.
Clients confirm they have had the opportunity to ask questions, understand potential risks and benefits, and accept responsibility for their participation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gifted Hands Health & Wellness shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, except as required by law.
12. Agreement
By purchasing services, enrolling in programs, or participating in treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
